Our Franchise Owners are passionate about owning a business that helps promote healthy lifestyles and overall personal wellbeing. Our company is centered around our core values and it is important that our franchise partners are well aligned with the Massage Heights foundation of being loyal, authentic, passionate and diligent. Direct massage and skincare industry experience is not needed. Most of our franchise partners have business management, sales and/or marketing experience in addition to success in managing a team of people. While management experience is not required, we have found that these skills are beneficial in our Team environments. Massage Heights as a company believes that people and relationships come first, that our Team Members are our most valuable asset, and that together we will make a difference in the lives of each other, our Teams and our Members/Guests.
